Lindsey Mitchell Licensed Personal Assistant
Lindsey Mitchell assists me in a wide array of activities. She is one person you might be communicating with when I need specific information from you, or I want to update you about the progress of marketing your home. Lindsey carries her cell phone at all times, and if you are unable to reach me immediately, she is the next line of defense!


Tracy Jacobson Transaction Specialist
Tracy Jacobson monitors the daily progress of each of our closings and current listings to insure early identification and resolution of problems as they arise. Tracy makes sure all of our contract dates and contingencies are adhered to, and she does it all with a smile! She has successfully closed more than 500 properties.


Jenna Thompson Marketing Coordinator
Jenna Thompson implements the unique marketing plan that is designed to get your home sold quickly for top dollar! She will be the team member who works to make your home the most desirable property in Big Sky! She works off proven checklists, yet she remains flexible about finding and implementing the marketing strategies that work in any real estate climate. Jenna has truly re-vamped our entire marketing department, and she knows how to create the buzz for properties that makes the phone ring!

Wendy Steenbergen Escrow Officer
Wendy Steenbergen is my Escrow Officer of choice. She has been involved in the business for 30 years, and she handles every transaction with a keen attention to detail. Wendy is timely, efficient and always ready to help. Wendy's office is right next door, so closings and requests for title or property information are only steps away.


Joe Miller Premier Property Lender
Born and raised in Iowa, Joe' s appreciation for mountain living came from childhood ski trips to the Rockies and an overseas internship at Turoa Ski Area in New Zealand while in college. After graduating from Iowa State University, where he received his Bachelor' s Degree in business/marketing, Joe moved to Big Sky in 2002 and began working for Big Sky Resort as a Conference Coordinator. Wanting to apply the exceptional customer service skills he honed while at the resort in a more entrepreneurial endeavor, Joe began his lending career in early 2005 and, not surprisingly, quickly built a customer base of raving fans. Joe believes that by being a constant student of the mortgage industry and financial markets he can truly contribute to his client' s financial success, regardless of whether the client is a first-time home buyer or an experienced resort property investor.


Bill Schwann Property Inspection
Bill Schwahn of Bridger View Inspections, is a Master Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors and Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. We are proud to bring over 9 years of experience to your Home Inspection Process, and look forward to the evaluation of your home and to be able to take you on a tour of your new property from a Structural, Mechanical and Health and Safety viewpoint.



Accounting Specialist
Mary Evenson is just a phone call away when I need her! She is always available to assist with advice on tax and accounting related questions. Over the years Mary has solved many tax issues for me, and this makes her a very valuable team member.


John Seelye Contractor and Project Supervisor
John Seelye owns his own firm, Big Sky Build. He brought with him, from previous years in Vail, a wealth of knowledge about the building industry and about building in the Rocky Mountain climate. John is the most efficient multi-tasker that I know, and he never ceases to amaze me with his attention to detail. When clients have purchased a special piece of property and need the right contractor to build their dream home, I always put them in touch with John.


Pete Bolane Internet Website Master
Pete Bolane is a new dad and our Webmaster in addition to his dad duties. Pete has been responsible for several of our websites, both in design and in daily monitoring of the sites. Pete is flexible and easy-going and he helps to make our websites a successful part of our marketing program.
